The ‘tweens in this program have fun each week interacting with their peers, playing games, and discussing the book The Tale of Despereaux by Newbery Medalist Kate DiCamillo, all the while developing leadership skills. Usually a field trip and/or a movie is included upon the completion of each book. This free program is open to children and ‘tweens in grades 3-6.
