May Announcements

I hope this month brings good things to you! We certainly have a lot planned, both for adults and for children. If you have kids in your life, be sure to check out the Children's page on our website later in the month for information on our upcoming summer reading activities. Registration for that begins at the end of this month. The summer reading theme this year is "Unearth a Story."

As we ramp up our look into history--our America 250 year-long theme--we invite you to attend a special screening of Killers of the Flower Moon on May 7. This is a long movie and we will have a brief intermission if needed.

The library will again be participating in PA/OH Gives, a week of giving through the Community Foundation of Western PA & Eastern OH. Giving Week is June 20-26. We will have more information in next month's newsletter, but I wanted to let you know now so you can plan your giving.

The library will be closed Saturday, May 23 in commemoration of Memorial Day.
