June's quilt block is "Ohio Star". As befits any decent quilt block, a few changes in colors can transform this block into something new. We're introducing quarter-square triangles this month to make our hourglass pieces.

If you're cutting at home to sew with us, you'll need for the light fabric(s) two 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" squares (for the hourglasses) and four 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" squares (for the corners). From the dark fabric(s), you need two 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" (for the hourglasses) and one - 4 1/2" x 4 1/2" (for the center).
